1. What is Enhanced Business Listing?

The Enhanced Business Listing is a new release of ChildbirthSolutions Inc.  It is a marketing website tool designed for doulas to create a professional presence on ChildbirthSolutions, Inc.  Your business listing will attract, connect and communicate with potential clients seeking your birthing services. 2. If I’m currently listed on the DoulaFinder as a free listing, how does the launch of Enhanced Business Listing affect me? What are the new features?

All currently listed doulas can subscribe to the new Enhanced Business Listing Service at a greatly discounted rate if they sign up by April 21, 2002. Click Here to Subscribe. The following table illustrates the upgraded features for Enhanced Business Listing.

All non-subscribing doulas on the DoulaFinder are using a version of the Basic Listing Service format but since they are not subscribers yet, will only remain on the site until April 21st 2002.  After April 21st, listings will be removed and/or edited/adapted to fit the new basic listing framework (i.e. 200 character field limit).  

If a doula signs up for the Enhanced Business Listing by April 21st 2002 their information will not be edited. Sign up for a listing today!

As an Enhanced Business Lister, you will receive future feature upgrades free of charge.

3. I’m currently a listed for free on the DoulaFinder. Will I still be able to keep that page?

As mentioned above, the free listing service will no longer be offered after April 21st 2002. In order for ChildbirthSolutions, Inc. to continue to provide the best services to women and childbirth professionals, we need to charge a small fee. We hope you’ll find that your Enhanced Business Listing offers more functionality and business opportunities than other advertising. Remember, it generally just takes a portion of one new client find you on the DoulaFinder to pay for your annual listing.

5. What is new about Enhanced Business Listing that will help me draw more clients?

The Enhanced Business Listing Services features several ways to attract more clients, personalize your Internet marketing presence, and provide more tools for you to control your Internet marketing strategy. 

Two key features of Enhanced Business Listing are the Testimonial and Reference Tools, which are online endorsement tools for doulas to use to leverage their previous client’s experiences as well as offer potential clients a person to talk with about your business via email or by phone.

In addition, Enhanced Business Listers are able to upload and post a photo, graphic or logo on their listing which will offer a personal, creative and professional addition to any listing. All of this at a fraction of the cost it would be for a newspaper, magazine or yellow page ad.

There will be other features added in the next year as the listing service develops…. Of course at no additional charge if you are a subscriber.

6. What does Enhanced Business Listing offer my potential and satisfied clients?

Three important features have been created for the Enhanced Business Listing that benefit clients looking for a doula directly.

First, the testimonial section, a valuable marketing tool, allows consumers who visit your Enhanced Business Listing to see that others have used your services and found you professional and competent. The doula has control as to which testimonials are posted on their listing.  Clients submit a testimonial, the doula is notified that it has been submitted via email and then can approve or not list the testimonial. It is simple and testimonials are worth their weight in gold for any business.

Second, if you are just starting out or cannot find testimonials, all Enhanced Business Listing doulas are able to list personal or professional references.  References allow potential clients to comfortably research before they contact you for your services.

Third, we are allowing the Enhanced Business Listers to upload and post a photo, graphic or logo, which offers a personal, creative and professional feel to any listing. 7. How does the Enhanced Business Listing pricing compare to what competitors charge?

ChildbirthSolutions, Inc.’s services are much more affordable than regional newspapers, magazines and the yellow pages. We offer an interactive listing channel that is viewed by thousands of women seeking birth information and services. The table below shows how our services match up with other ways to advertise.

8. I have an account and want to change my current listing to a new Enhanced Business Listing. How do I do this? 

Subscribing and enhancing the content of your business listing is easy and fast.  You may Click Here to Subscribe or from within the Account Manager, select “upgrade to Enhanced Business Listing”. At this point you will select and type in your payment information (credit/debit or alternate forms of payment) and select “confirm”.  After this you will be upgraded automatically to then begin to be able to work on your listing. 

9.Where do I go to:

There is no limit on how often you can change your listing. It is available for review and editing 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and from any computer when you log on with your password.

11. What is the Basic Listing, who can purchase it, and how can it be purchased?

The Basic Listing is available to all doulas to purchase online.  This less featured  package is slightly more economical.  Perhaps most importantly, the Basic Listing doesn’t include the graphic/photo, Testimonials, References and unlimited text features, which ChildbirthSolutions believes is the newest way to create more trust in clients eyes and ultimately more business opportunities.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Amex. Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks are also accepted but need to be received at P.O. Box 1023,  Marshall, VA 20116 within 2 weeks of online subscription to the Business Listings. Click Here to Subscribe

12. I’ve tried to log in to Enhanced Business Listing from https://childbirthsolutions.com/doulafinder/accounts/login.php but I don’t remember my password or it is not accepting what I think my ID and password should be. How can I find out what my password is?

On the doulafinder account log in screen enter your email and password. If the password is incorrect it will tell you and offer a “Help! I lost my password!”   Click here. Clicking on the link will send your email account the password within a few minutes. If this does not work, please contact us via email at accounts@childbirthSolutions.com .

13. Is there a monthly billing option?

Unfortunately, at this point a monthly billing option is not available with the Enhanced Business or Basic Listings.  The subscription is an annual contract, with payment at time of purchase.
